As Christians we are to live in this world but not be of it, sometimes its hard to not get caught up in what the world is doing, with TV shows and media glorifying sin , and most celebrities making marriage so disposable. Your hand book to live in the world and not of it is gods word! Its the truth and your sword and prevails any situation or circumstance, any report! Your marriage can turn around, you can be healed, you can be prosperous if you choose to believe what GOD's promises are for your life! Today we are talking about plyometric exercise for weight loss Plyos are basically jump training and are a great way to burn fat and add to any work out routine Some examples of plyometrics are Jump squats frog jumps jump lunge lunge kicks burpees do 20 seconds rest 10 3x each exercise COMING IN 2014 they diaries of a bikini competitor I did not compete in 2013 but plan to come back stronger and better in 2014
